Mat Burke

Mat Burke is a Byzantine Catholic who now lives in Philadelphia.  Growing up in different locations across the country Mat Burke at only 20 has seen and sung about things most people his age don't even think about.  With his punk rock background and a passion for folk music he delivers powerful heart-filled performances with lyrics that leave audiences speechless. He was the only solo artist featured in the annual World Cafe Live Philly Rising final contest in January 2008.  With 3 eps under his belt, and the December 2008 release of his new 4th full length album: How Do You Like Me Now, the first album with a full band, produced by Andy Rudy, and another summer tour approaching, Mat Burke shows no sign of  slowing down.
