To submit portraits or other wedding day photos by email,

1. Compose separate emails for each portrait or photo.

2. Attach the (.jpg, 300 dpi) image to the email.

3. Include the following information in the email

     a. Name of couple

     b. Date of wedding

     c. Place of wedding

     d. Your name

     e. Your telephone number

     f. Your email address

     g. Name of parish if you want the photo included in the parish album

     h. Size of portrait to be in album, if you so wish

              (Donations are optional if you do not wish the portrait to be in the album.)

            i. Quarter page (requested donation $15)

           ii. Half page (requested donation $25)

          iii. Full page (requested donation $40)

4. Send email to parmaeparchy@gmail.com

5. Send Donation and above information via U.S. Mail to

             Photos

             Eparchy of Parma

             1900 Carlton Rd.

             Parma, OH  44134

To donate or lend original photos, historical items, mementos,

1. Include the following information for each item in a separate email

     a. Your name

     b. Your address

     c. Your telephone number

     d. Information about the item, for example

           i. Name of couple

           ii. Date of wedding

           iii. Place of wedding

     e. To be donated or on loan?

     f. If to be on loan, date of return

2. Send email to photos@parma.org or call 216-741-8773 ext. 249

3. Your call will be returned to arrange for pick-up or to give instructions for mailing.
