The traditional practice for Apostle's fast is to abstain from meat and dairy products on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays. While this Fast is voluntary, it is highly encouraged.

The National Eucharistic Pilgrimage is well underway with our very own St. Mary’s Whiting listed as a stop along the Marian Route, July 1. Members of our Eparchy may be particularly interested in the Hierarchical Vigil Divine Liturgy at St. Athanasius on Friday, Syro-Malabar Qurbana (Eucharistic Liturgy) on Saturday at 8:30AM and the Closing Mass on Sunday at 10AM. Our very own Bishop Robert will be participating in all 3 liturgical services.
